Marble Cake Round Pan

Mix together all dry ingredients flour baking powder sugar and salt in a stand mixer with a paddle until fully combined.

Spray a 10 in 12 cup bundt pan generously with nonstick cooking spray with flour such as baker s joy or pam with flour. Variations for marble cake. Marble with other flavors adding peppermint or almond extract to one of the batters try stirring in peanut butter powder give it a chocolate swirl and frost with peanut butter frosting. If so use 1 tablespoon cocoa powder to mix the batter.

Cupcake recipes yielding 12 16 cupcakes fit wonderfully in 3 6 inch cake pans. Add the eggs one at a time mixing for about 20 seconds after each addition. You can use 1 regular loaf pan 9x5 inch 1 square pan 9x9 inch or 8x8 inch or 1 round pan to make this recipe. 8 2 inch round pan holds 6 cups of batter.
